Privacy Statement

We use your email address to confirm that you own it, provide your personal invite to the Ringmaster Discord community, manage that invite, and prevent misuse.

We may send necessary transactional messages for this access flow, including the email confirmation message and reminders for an open confirmation or unused Discord invite.

The Ringmaster signup form does not subscribe you to marketing or product updates. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for profiling.

For security and reliability, our hosting provider may store short-lived access logs, including IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status. We also process limited technical data needed to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse, including one-way hashes. Access logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Your data is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the Europe (Frankfurt) region. Access is limited to authorized administrators. We keep signup data only for as long as necessary to confirm your email, provide and manage Discord access, and prevent misuse. Personal invites expire automatically.

When you open the Discord invite, your browser connects to Discord and Discord’s own privacy terms apply.

After deletion, records may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 35 days. Backup copies are not used for normal operations and expire automatically.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also object to the processing where applicable.
